1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using World Cup 2026 Travel Guide (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is an independent travel guide published by Tech Space. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup organizing committee, or any official tournament partner.
3. Informational content, not advice
Content such as match schedules, venue details, restaurant listings, safety tips and transport information is provided for general informational purposes. We work hard to keep it accurate, but event details, hours, prices and safety conditions change. Always verify critical details with official sources before acting.
4. No tickets, no bookings
The App does not sell match tickets, hotel rooms or any travel product. External links to third-party sites or map apps are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its backend;
- use the App to violate any law or the rights of others;
- redistribute App content commercially without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
App code, UI design, curated editorial content and translations are owned by Tech Space. Third-party marks (FIFA, team names, venue names) belong to their respective owners and appear only for informational reference.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including missed matches, travel disruption or property loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App (which is zero).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our backend services at any time, particularly for abusive use. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tech Space is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
